How much will it cost to ship my order?
To keep things simple, we charge a flat rate for shipping. Shipping for all US orders is $4.99 and orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A few of our products ship for free via USPS First Class Mail. If you a shipping question about a specific product please contact us.
Shipping charges for Canadian orders is $16.00.
Shipping charges for Express Mail orders is $19.00.
We do our very best to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are packed and are generally shipped out first thing Monday morning.
A few of the items listed on the site are shipped out directly by the manufacturer or the engraver in the case of ID tags. We do our best to keep these products pages updated with the latest shipment expectations from the manufacturer.

Why doesn't my order qualify for free shipping?
Orders greater than $75 that are shipping to the US qualify for free shipping and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If ordered by themselves (with no other items), Pewter collar charms, Engravable ID Tags and Fastag shrinking ID tags ship free to US addresses via USPS First Class Mail.
Most orders shipped by H. Doodle to US addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail. A few of our products are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Orders shipped to Canada are sent via USPS Priority Mail International and usually arrive within 6-14 business days (shipping time varies greatly depending on customs). Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. These items will be shipped using the manufacturer's designated method.
Most orders shipped by H. Doodle are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3-7 business days after you receive our shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your package please e-mail us - cs@hdoodle.com. We can provide you with the Track & Confirm number for your order (if available) and update you on your package's status.
Do you ship packages outside of the United States?
At this time, we offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?
Yes. H. Doodle uses SSL to encrypt the personal information that is sent from your web browser to our web server. This helps to ensure that your personal information is not able to be read when being transmitted. In addition, we do not store your credit card information in our database.
Is it safe to share my personal information with H. Doodle?
H. Doodle collects personal information solely to process your order. We do not and will not share or sell your personal information with any other company. If you choose to sign up for the H. Doodle newsletter, we will send announcements of store specials. For more info, please see our Privacy Policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your H. Doodle purchase. If for some reason you are not, you can return or exchange any non-perishable item or any item that was not purchased on sale 30 days after receipt. If an item is defective or is broken during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly replace the item.
For returns, upon receipt of your return, we will refund the cost of the purchased product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, you ship the item to us and we pay shipping to send the exchanged item back to you.
All sale items or items purchased on clearance are final. Unfortunately, we can not exchange or accept returns for sale items.
How do I return/exchange an item that I purchased?
To return/exchange an item, send an e-mail to cs@hdoodle.com. In the e-mail, be sure to include your order # and the reason for the return/exchange. We will send instructions on how to return/exchange your item. Returned/exchanged items must have original packaging and may not have been worn (other than for trying on). You have 30 days after purchase to contact us about returning/exchanging an item. When we receive your return we will refund your credit card for the item price (original shipping charges are not refundable). When we receive your exchange, we will send out the new item. H. Doodle charges sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida at the county tax rate for the shipping address. Orders shipped out of state are not charged sales tax.
You have an item I really like but not in my dog's size. Can you get the item in my dog's size?
It depends. We can't guarantee that we can order the item for you but we will do our best to get you the size that you need. Simply e-mail us or give us a call at 1-877-491-PUPS (7877) and we will let you know if we can get the item for you.
